Two-wheeler may struggle for sales this festival season in India due to New Govt Policy.

50 % Sales down of two-wheelers reduced after  flood hit in Kerala and New Policy change in Bengal
Generally in festive season ( which start from durga pooja to diwali ) sales of two wheelrs recorded high value against perious Year every year.
But Two-wheeler manufacturers may face a less sale this festive season in both motorcycles and scooters. Factor for less sale will be less markrts sale Kerala and West Bengal. there are chances of down the market in both location down 60% or more.
In kerala due to floods sale will be very down or very negligible sale .But sale down reason for West Bengal will be cahange in Policy by their local government.
Vehicles sales in Kerala have come to a near zero after the state was hit by floods.
We Bengal one of the most popular for sale of two wheelrs in states may show sale down almost 60% becuase the Mamata Banerjee  announced that only one driving licence will be allowed to buy a vehicle. Currently In India every one licence holder can buy two or more two-wheelers .
This new rule is Target to reduce the road accidents.Auto Industry  has already at the door of Calcutta high court to challenge this new policy.
The two-wheelers Manufacturer have to push the sale in other states to  compensate this sale of two states effected after floods and Government Policy.
This festival season is tough for the all industry due to floods in many states in India.
